Tools with no rankable rate (Launchable and Diffblue Cover are quote-only; Cursor BugBot bills from usage with no rate card of its own) are listed but excluded from the $/PR rankingsrc. Token costs use Claude Sonnet 4.6 list rates ($3 input, $15 output per 1M tokens).
